Hey guys don't knownif I've put this thread in the right place so feel free to move it

Was just wondering how everyone has been getting on since the 'recession' kicked in. Have you struggled to keep going or have you never been busier?

Intrerested to see how it's affecting other sparks or if it's all just a myth

Thanks for the replies in advance :)

Yea same with me work through agencies but not been out of work much. But yeah, heard some pretty depressing things about the state of things some places!

things were very slow after christmas but seem to be getting back to some sort of normality now.
ive worked for myself for over 20 years and never seen a period as slow as the first 6 months of this year

I started on my own in January which was probably the wrong time to start but it was then or never. I had a few small jobs to start me up and its really started to pick up now which is fantastic. I have gone from 2-3 days a week to 5-6 now.
