I need to mount a pair of repeaters/extenders/nodes external to two metal roofed buildings to get signal from the first one (which is CAT6 cabled to from source) and then out again to another outbuilding about 50m's away where it can then be converted back to RJ45 as well. Without breaking the bank. I know LAN over IR is a thing but if we're doing this then may as well extend the internal wifi anyway.
