Got to a job today only to find out as well as a test I needed to do some remedial works to the board as the company we had subcontracting to us had made a state of it.
Have come across a few of their bits of handy work, they say a plastic board is a c2 and then change it and management were happy as it was dead cheap...neglecting the logic that if it didn't need changing anything over ÂŁ0 was infact NOT cheap.

Now I'm not saying mine is spectacular but for a short notice job I was quite satisfied.

Same electrician different place

They classed the old board as dangerous as it didn't have RCD protection to the lights (even though there was supplementary bonding) and it was plastic....so naturally they fit a board that is totally acceptable...

S@me guy. He needs a talking too.

The damage to those tails is totally avoidable.
 
It's rough and unprofessional but I have seen a lot worse. Looks a good job after the tidying up though. Never trust anyone who doesn't take pride in their work and clearly this person doesn't
