hi,

i am putting in a 95000w shower, the cable will be run in a stud wall and then clipped to a joist in the loft but what refernce method would this be classed as would it be either 101 or 102 depending if cable touches wall?? im not sure if thats right.

Cheers sam

i dont think that there is insulation, and i would prefer to use conduit but i canot get acess to put any in. i wanted to just make sure that it would be okay to drop the cable down the wall to th ccu and then above the wall which takes me into the loft clip the cable direct to a joist. but for the cable calc what would it be reference method wise bcoz i dont think that the wall has insulation in it and the cable woulndt be clipped direct in the wall due to acess same with conduit and trunking ??
