Where more than one type of method is used do you record each one used? i.e A/B/C
Or do you record the most common one?
Also cables buried within a block wall, i.e chased in & capped or equivalent which do you use?

Record the worst case scenario as this will be the limiting factor in your design.
Chased cables in a wall is reference method C.

Just as Richard says, its the worst case scenario because that is the weakest part of the cables circuit.
