Not sure if its available in shop, but you can purchase online for collection from your local shop. PS I don't work for WHS - if it sounds like an ad.

I bought my 17th ed regs and on-site guide from WHSmiths about 3 months ago for £53, best deal around.
Got free delivery too

If you are IET member you'll get some percent off. I think I paid £40.- if I remember right.
(but the annual IET membership fee is a beet steep...)
