It is NOT a requirement that all equipment is inspected and tested, It is a requirement that the employer can prove adequate maintenance, having it inspected and tested is one way of complying with that requirement, having someone attach a sticker is an alternative method for some people!!!
plenty of that about....just attaching stickers..lol....
 
You should get the your mate / labourer on the 2377 course!

We get the labourers to do most of the PAT testing.... they're cheap and it makes them feel important as they now have they title of "PAT engineer"!!!!
