while im on here maybe someone can advise... sometims my van refused to start..doesnt fire
not long before the battery dies...

one day i noticed the glow plug dash board light not lighting ...so a quick check of the fuses/wiring to relay etc
moving the loom around the light came on...so im guesssing why it didnt start before (even when the glow plug dash board light was on) was not enough power to the plugs.. espcially when the enginge turning over....
if th battery is fully chargd seems to be ok, is it the relay terminals likely to be at fault ?:sorcerer:

Sounds just like corroded or loose connections . First thing I would do is to interview the associated harness.

Try the junction box on inner wing passenger side engine compartment for corrosion. It looks like its a common fault.

i asked it...several minutes later a large van turned up and 2 guys wearing what looked like white dust coats jumped out and took me away. i did notice the neighbours curtains moving as we left.
