How solar panels can dim mortgage prospects | Money | The Guardian

As suspected problems starting to crop up in the RAR market. The inflated 15k price when it was installed last year now looks extortionate compared to today's prices which makes this look even worse. Tricky situation methinks.

To be fair, the 15k price is a little steep but it would still be worth them buying it if they could.
