Renting out a property with the fololwing wiring, what work needed to upgrade (pic)

Just purchased a property and wiring is outdated and I feel it needs upgrading for me to be comfortable before renting out to my tenants.

I do not want to do a full rewire, the property and the wiring is 35 years old.

Is it plausible to change the boxes, update the fuses and the earthing???

The wiring is shown in the pic...

If anyomne is in Teesside and would like to give me a quote, i can arrange for you to come round this week and maybe start work Friday or Monday.

Not necessarily, but a periodic inspection and test would clarify this.
