Replacements for this strange low energy bulb?

Does any one know the model name/number of this type of low energy bulb? It does not seem to have any markings and the bulb part seems to be integrated with the housing.

Can you confirm:

- It is 12V
- The cables out the back are fixed in place
- The wattage?

I have been looking for you for about 20mins, but no luck so far.

Why not go to a electrical wholesaler or specialist lighting shop and ask them?

Best I could find with the info provided was (but not exactly the same shaped bulb): Energy efficient compact fluorescent reflector lamp

This looks very close, however the connection I am not sure about and I cannot find a stockiest. Might not be from England.
