Hello everyone, i would be very grateful on some advice concerning the replacement of a belt sander cable. We have just laid a wooden floor of reclaimed pine and purchased a belt sander. To my dismay my girlfriend sanded over the power cable!!!!!!!!!!!!! ideally i would like to replace the cable, is this possible? or should i take it to a repair shop? if so are there any in North London?

Kind regards

Dan

It fairly straight forward replacing the cable ,a little fiddly and when i do it i tend to use a 1.5 mm flexible cable so its easier to use , if you have little or no experience with this type of job i would take it and get it repaired as the repair should have a warrenty
