Replacing an oil boiler with a Red Compact 24 Compact Pellet Boiler

Hi does anybody understand how to conect the pellet boiler to the CH wiring center, have been told to conect the externel thermostat conection on the boiler to the orange and greys of the motorised valves, mid port and a 2 way valve for the megaflow. must be no live feeds to the thermostat conection. any help would be great
