mate it will get better, it does after every 'down turn' its just a matter of time. I know the wages are rubbish at the min, it will stay this way untill there are more jobs than people to do them ( supply and demand ) at the moment there are more people wanting work than jobs so the rates naturally go down as employers can get away with paying less

just get your head down , everyones in the same boat and it will improve, maybe next year the rates will be approaching what youd call normal, cant see it lasting that much longer

things have picked up no end since last year
in the job centre last year in the whole of chester there were 6 jobs , these ranged from company director to litter picking, 6 jobs!!!!
now there are pages and pages,
hang in there mate
'she'll be right' as the ozzies say !!

Think most people are waiting to see how we get hammered in the budget next week. Once we have got used to it work will pick up Im get a bit coming in and most are saying that they going to sell but are putting on extensions instead.

HANG ON AS LONG AS YOU CAN

Chris

things do seem to be picking up slowly then dropping down ive had 4 months of doing very little then all of a sudden things went manic of the last 3 weeks work seems to be slowing down a lttle now but weve got some work in the pipeline so there is a dimmer of light at the end of the tunnel
