Hi, just carrying out some testing and a few of the figures I'm getting seem way out. Just wondering of anyone knows the resistance per meter of 1.5mm. 3core flex. I'm stuck in work with no regs book and can't find bog all online. Cheers guys!

A tip I always use...try and remember 1.00mm = 18.1 ohms per 1000 metres (or 18.1 milliohms/metre) that is the only resistance you need to remember eg in your case 18.1/1.5 = 12.06 (12.1)/1000 = 0.0121 ohms per metre. In this case 0.012 * 2 (R1 + R2) = 0.024/metre. It will go out slightly as against table E.1 for the larger size cables but is close enough for quick calculations.
