Please to state that my stated 2.88kwp system managed to peak over 3kw the other day for a few mins under normal weather cons ..... hopefully to be a more common sight in the coming weeks......

Happy days............

That's interesting Danesol.
I also have a 2.88kw system but with a Fronius IG30 inverter and have yet to go above 2819 watts although it's been heavy cloud the past week or so.
We were told it would peak at around 3kw in the summer.
Whats the maximum output your getting in full sun once the panels have heated up ?

Do you mean what exactly gets recorded in the logs or what I see on the Inverter occasionally ( see above ) ??

Just wondering what yours levels out at during peak times in full sun.
Ours is around 2200 watts on a good day at the moment.
Do you have your figures on pvoutput.org ?
If so, any chance you could post a link ?
Thanks.

Our system peaked at 2.7kw today and stayed there for about 15 minutes around 1pm with an occasional jump to 2.8kw for a few seconds before it clouded over again.
This is more like it ! :)

A new high for our system today.
Inverter max output was 2858 watts and the Envir monitor was reading 2868 watts (briefly).
Now, if we could just get rid of this ruddy cloud .... :annoyed:

Hi
My installer when installed similar system to yours guys 10 250w Sanyo Panels IG30 V Fronius inverter My performing well on cloudy day 3499w!!! That’s in Caribbean. Just to let you know they do over perform quiet well.

My question to you my English MCS accredited engineer cut original MC3 Sanyo connectors and replaced them with MC4. Did yours been replaced, do you think is acceptable for warranty? Just concern now if my warranty is voided on Sanyo panels as they do not advice cutting original MC3 connectors off and replace them with others.
Thanks for advice
