Reverse LED activation.

I have reversing cameras as shown in photo with LEDs which do not function. I'm guessing the connector top left powers LEDs. One wire on harness is reverse gear activated. How should this be wired to activate LEDs on reverse selection? PS Cameras wrk fine.

Sorry, crystal ball isn't working. What does the manual say ?
It MIGHT be as simple as two wires to the reversing light circuit, or that might just let the magic smoke out.

Very difficult to diagnose from a photo if possible at all. What does the little two pin header go to?
