Not sure where on the forum to post this, but we are project managing a house refurb in West London (near Brentford / Hounslow).
Need full rewire ready for letting, (incl mains op smokes/carbon monoxides as necessary and fire reg compliance). Will need to have NIC EIC certificate on completion: this is a must.
Anticipate job start in about 6 weeks time.

Point of order: You will need an EIC and a Part P certificate.

Anyone registered with Elecsa, Napit or NICEIC will be able to do this.

I would like to price, if you could pm a spec please, same as above regarding certification, people regularly say they need nic but what they mean is they need certification.. Which is required for certain jobs
