Has anyone completed training with RF Training and if so do you have any feeback about the course content and training standards?

I have had a good look through the forums but OLCI seem to have been talked about a lot however there seems to be nothing about RF.

Any information would be much appreciated.

Hi I was thinking about going on a fast track course with RF Training to be a gas safe engineer, has anyone taken this course, and is it a expensive con?

Hi I did an RF Training electrical course at the beginning of this year. I ended up with RegulationsFull Scope Part PCity Guilds 2392 Inspection & TestingLogic Certification Domestic Period Inspection and Testing Award. The course was ok, but if you're looking to work for someone most companies are looking for C&G2391. You get given a lot of information and learn a lot in a short time. There is some practical work in bays, but it's nothing like the real world! It's taken about 5 months to get the business moving, but if you work for yourself you'll need to get with one of the recognises bodies eg NIC or ELECSA, more money, but worth it. The tutors when I was there were really good, but the sales people who sell you the course are full of ----!

i can only comment on olci - thats who I went with. Maybe have a look round one of their centres thats what i did and after id done the background work i decided olci was the best option for me because the centre was up to scratch and so close to where i live. good luck with it.

Has anyone else been with RF Training recently and if so what are your thoughts? I have just done some courses with them and am totally furious. Would be interested to hear other peoples recent experiences.
