Good Evening,

I have been reading and searching a lot threads about various ariel and sat cable and to be honest have ended up a little confused.

I want to re-cable the house (ariels) using a good quality cable for sky HD, so two cables to each room. I am clear on what routes and configuration I will doing but am not sure on which cable to buy.
Can anybody shed some opinions and guidance on what recommendations for me?

Many thanks for your time

Dan

Don't think there is much difference between wf and pf 100. They are both superior to rg6 and are the recommended cables for satellite if signals. However most of us use rg6 if the runs are short (my personal guide is sub 15m) as the difference in cost is considerable.
Main thing is to take care with whichever cable you choose, don't hit it when clipping, don't kink it and slow bends. If you are going to use wall plates make sure you don't bunch up and kink the cable when fitting them.
Premium job = premium cable, functional job could = rg6 if short(ish) runs
