Interesting pieces of news gleaned from ecobuild:
1) RHI went before parliament 3 weeks ago, no just the parliamentary process, so they won't give a date.
2) Solar Thermal in the RHI that went before parliament says must be calculated in accordance with MCS Thermal Solar Performance Calculator Version 1.0 (and that is what will become LAW) however MCS have already withdrawn that, issued 1.1 and 1.2 is imminent . Seems like they will go for a revision in September. As they won;t just refer to a non-specific version of the MCS Calculator as that would allow MCS to effectively change the rules and seeing as they aren;t part of the government they won;t allow a third party to just decide whenever they like to change it. (- When I pointed out this was no different from ofgem defining what a solar PV system size was they ignored that )
