I'm Amazed that the bugger managed to get to 70 years old!! The amount and variety of drugs Joe managed to get through he should have left us before he was 30. Met Joe in person in Hong Kong in the 80's, seemed a really nice guy and had a wicked sense of humour

I always assumed it was the hippie diet of lentils and tofu but I can immediately see a flaw in that theory with Ozzy and Lemmy

In Kerrang magazine for years the top 4 most likely musicians to die in the next 12 months were Ozzy, Lemmy, Keef and Ginger Wildheart

The thing that makes me wonder is. Any more than 4 or 5 pints before I go on stage and I'm screwed, I forget how to play. So how did those guys manage to do it while ****ed out of their brains/whacked out on hallucinogenics?
