lamb is also my fave. followed my chicken. chicken is just common though really isn't it. lamb is for a slightly more special occasion I feel. either that, or if you have plenty time.
 
haha, rtead it as roast dimmers and was about to say buy a higher rated dimmer. anyway my fav. is rare beef accompanied by theakstons old peculier.

Now that gives me an idea, some slabs of beef marinated in OP, a chilli and pepper corns overnight, then flash grilled with chips done in beef dripping.

Then give the wife a good servicing after.
 
Roast beef with yorkshire puds cannot be beat IMO. Another fave is beef stew and dumplings done in the slow cooker, when you walk through the door after a sh**** day, nothing can beat the smell. :love:
