Whats the difference between the yellow ones and the grey ones?

Ive got a grey one and my mate a yellow one - both the same model...

they are both made by the same manufacturer kyoritsu, the yellow one was sold by Robin and the grey is most likely Kewtech. Both will be exactly the same on the inside.

They did do one model, i think it was the KTS1610 in grey

jesus Megger Mark thats some knoweledge to just have on the top of your head! do you collect tester's or something?

The models with the grey face panel are the newer models, I ve had robin kit for 15 years and they all used to be yellow fronted.

The robin K4105 earth electrode tester is a grey unit, it's the same size and style as the yellow units.

yeah Vambo i have a background in testers, the Earth Tester was grey but i guessed Golfpaul was taking either Ins, Loop or Rcd tester.

Thanks all, I picked up a KTS1610 for cheap and wondered why it was grey as all the Robins ive seen were yellow.
