Hey there guys,

I was just wanting some help, I have one of these... Robin Electrical Testing Kit - Never Been Used ! on eBay (end time 16-May-10 22:30:17 BST)

Im selling it for a guy at work and ive priced it up using ebay for the bits seperately and it comes to 700 pound without the carry case, Is there something im missing as i have advertised it dirt cheap but no one is wanting it, Is there somewhere else more appropiate to sell this?

Im on a car forum and you have to have over 100 posts and 3 months membership before you can post a for sale ad is this the same here?

Any help would be brilliant!

Thanks

Ben

The problem is that its separates.

Most sparks nowadays are using multi function, all in one testers.

Plus, its unlikely you will get near £400, although who knows?

last time i bought a set of robin separates i paid 160 for all three calibrated. ebay is not always the place to sell.

I do prefer the multifunction ones myself, but in college they swear by the seperates! theres an idea actually! :thumbsup

well it cost 800 new and its never been used... only had the batteries put in one of them!

There are old farts like me who prefer individual testers, but we are few are far between
450 seems a decent price, but the people available to buy them are few because of the advent of the all in one testers
Its like trying to sell an anologue Tv they have no market

I have just lost the use my insulation tester for ever(sob)
I will have a think about it,the problem being I would be buying 2 of the instruments as just spares

I will keep the advert in mind, meanwhile good selling to you
Unless you had a figure in mind that you would reluctantly accept :)

Its just a pain because i know that the singles are good but personally i wouldnt use them, just like the ease of use..

Hahaha  Old farts like you!;) Well how about 430 including delivery?
