Rogue Traders Renewable Installers

I have just been contacted by a very unhappy customer of Richard Elliott MD of The Renewable Installers previously of The Solar Installers. It appears he is taking large deposits and either not installing or not paying the MCS sub contractor for the install (and therefore no MCS cert for the customer).

He is not MCS registered so has to use sub contractors.

If any of you guys get approached my advice is to stay well clear.

Yes, now based in Nottingham. Previous company based in Crawley.

According to linkedIn he is still an MD of the Crawley based firm, I'm not sure what Companies House has on him. If he had ripped me off I would be using every site that allowed reviews and saying exactly what I thought of his business practices, and I would contact all the firms and contacts and members of the groups he is in on LinkedIn and any other sites he or any of the firms linked to him use.
