roller shutter problem

Hi just another quick one,had a roller shutter today that had power to the spur and the key control unit,the door would go down when the key was turned but not up it just didnt move so we had to open manually?

sticky microswitch ?

it could a sticky micro switch or the up limit is Faulty which will need a motor change.
