I was wondering if anybody had any insight on ROO-FIT if you are all ready MCS and want to install over 50KW how easy is it to get ROO-FIT accredited ?

Unless things have changed since we installed our last over 50kw system last July , you do not need anything other than MCS and even then that was supposed to be optional . Or so we were led to believe when we started our first over 50kw , but were then asked to provide our membership number at the end of the job before it would be excepted !

well, the roofit application is to be completed by the customer with help from the installer.

you do not need mcs to install above 50kWp and there is no application to join "roofit" accreditation

if you install above 50 then you will probably have the system commissioned by the manufacturer who will provide information for the customer to complete.

we test large commercial but shut down for the manufacturer of the inverter to switch on and say the system works lol what a joke, awaiting a swiss chap from solarmax this thursday.
