Can you come off a 45amp rotary isolator to a fused spur to supply a feed for an out side light???
the Rotary isolator is supplying a hottub and is run in 6mm SWA witha 32amp rcbo???
Not sure if i can come off it or need to run a new feed!!!

Any advice would be great help!!!

Thanks!!

Go for seperate circuit...just think if ur hot top developed a fault, on a nice balmy evening, whilst supping cocktails with Cameron, and you have to isolate ur tub.....mmmmm its a bit dark out here love!!!!!!!

I would imagine that the hot tub has its own circuit, and that the rating of the circuit breaker has been selected in accordance with the design current.
If you class the hot tub as a heater then you cannot apply diversity to that circuit, so shouldnt really add any additional circuits to it.

That would be my thoughts anyway.

I would hazard a guess your electrician may be able to contact your DNO and have the switch swapped to a MFS very quickly..
