Morning..

I'm having an ethernet point next to a tv aerial socket. Is it ok to run the cat5e and coax in the same chase. As I understand it I just have to keep LV 50mm away from ELV, so as these are both ELV its ok?

Cheers all.

The coaxial cable for the TV has a very low voltage signal. It is also screened, so should not interfere with the cat5e cable signal.
You can run ELV & LV cables together as long as the ELV cable is insulated for the highest voltage present and also has good screening.

And so long as the ELV cable is not being installed to another standard (outside the scope of BS7671) that has its own requirements.

As said by @DPG above, get decent coax!
The type for satellite TV with the foil layer as well as braid is much better than the really nasty stuff sold for terrestrial TV use, but be aware it is not good to bend it on too small a radius or flex it much or the foil cracks.
