Quick question - anyone used or installed one? Looking at this for the house we are doing up.

Its my understanding that this unit replaces the room stat and the controller!

Yea don't waste you're money buyin that crap go for Siemens or Honeywell

Yes, it is a programmable stat with dual channel, so can be used for hot water too.
Wiring is pretty much as normal for a dual channel programmer at the wifi receiver end. Obviously the handset is wireless.

Just had a peek. Replaces stat and pgmr. Can optionally have two CH zones. Connects to a central Salus server for remote access so no need to open up ports on your router (arguably more secure for your home net). Does mean that anyone with access to the Salus server *could* be malicious. Uses 868Mhz so won't get upset by the plethora of 2.4/5Ghz systems.
