sample form,pat testing from 4th edition required please

Hi Guys,

Can anyone point me to a copy of 'equipment formal visual and combined inspection and test record', as shown in the new 4th edition.

Firms too tight to buy the book.

What is it your looking for as there are are other changes in the fourth edition other than the test form?

From memory the test form has a new layout to the third edition one but I would need to dig out my third edition book which has been long ditched to see the exact changes!!

It's okay, I've purchased the 4th edition.

Just need to twist the firms arm to pay for it.

Good luck with that my firm thankfully bought the books although I had my own copy anyway. No t too bad after I had pointed out the company they had in doing the testing were clowns which has been proven with some of the faults we have found and no fixed testing by them also!!!

You mean there charging to little to pat test it does not even cover the consumables to do the test never mind the days wages

Isn't it always the same, to do a proper professional job it cost more money.

But companies will pay to bring out the clowns instead.

I have pdf of the testing forms from the 4th edition.

Is it illegal to use or share them?

I don't think it is illegal to use the model forms in the COP, not so sure about distributing them though?
