Hello Chaps... I've made it to the lounge !

Which the rate of electricity saved for the SAP calculations are you using ? I currently use 14.4p which I have being using for over a year now, however with the price increases what rates are you guys using ?

The 10% price increases one might assume a quicker payback and ROI using SAP therefore 14.4 x 10% =15.84p

Many thanks

12.2p though for some of our customers 7p as that is what they are actually buying at :(
12.2p was what REAL told me to use at our audit back in May, so I could add 9% now..

(REAL - that'll be the Witches - it was actually one of them that did our audit :) :) - Couldn't possibly have commented about that on the main forum , though it did have me LOL!! )

Our software allows us to put in what the actual rate iis we are putting in 15p now

Hmmm 15p could work ! The fact that in Essex the Sheffield based SAP irradiance will truly be beaten !!

I do not provide any future investment return models bases on variables like RPI @2.5% and fuel @5%. But I would bet my hat that this would be exceeded. Shame REAL doesn't provide a standard model.

On another note our REAL audit was great and really constructive, the chap was genuinely helpful!!

I've just re-negotiated our PCLIP contract- Was paying £130 a month!! Down to £50 now. That more of less covers the workflow/processes as ---- as they are.

I'm even further south finchy, down in Sussex right by the sea so you can imagine my SAP vs PVGIS figures, plus the cool air off the sea.

SAP is 3605 on south facing 30' no shading etc- PVGIS is 4470 (an additional £157 a year)
