Schedule of items inspected?

Hi guys, when issuing an EIC for a cu upgrade what do you guys put in the boxes in the schedule of items inspected, when for example you can't confirm " Erection Methods " Lay off the smart comments as well

The boxes relate to what you have done. So have you fixed the CU to the wall correctly, yes, so tick it.

And if nothing applies then a N/A should do I expect?

yes, and if there's a box where you have not measured asnything ( for whatever reason) N/V may be appropriate.

I think the norm is to just leave it all blank, well thats what most i've seen look like. But then for £150 they don't get much time to write.
