whats the price of scrap copper the now

Ranges all over the country, was working in Wales last week and local scrapyard there offered 75p a kg.
Rang my usual 1 in manchester and he offered just over £1 a kg

cable with insulation on £1.00/kg

Round this way they are paying £2.60 per Kilo for bright wire.

we pulled out around 160m of 3 core 4mm swa from a temp site took it down the scap yard and got 70 quid never again lol
