it certainly wont help workers who have years of service under their belt for a company thats about to be taken over or re-contracted.
no doubt the bigger outfits will take advantage of such changes to put the squeeze on pay i'd imagine.
 
Well..... if you are Tuped over to a new employer, and your T&C's are better than those of the people around you, don't be surprised when you are "managed" out of the door when things get tough.
 
Im sure it will keep costs down for the 'taking' over company and as Murdoch has rightly pointed out, once the contractual period for the TUPE move is over you will soon be shown the door ....... or maybe thats just the cynic in me thinking the worst!!
