Screeching noise

Problems with king span solar panel system at my daughters.Installed about 2 years ago.Screeching sounds on the system happened several times,had a installer come out,drained all fluid in panels,cause he said it could be dangerous,if not done.He said the original install was very poor,this was about 2 weeks ago,still no contact with him,just recently the noises have come back,the system is off completely,any ideas & obviously how to pursue the original installers to come back & fit correctly

Can you give us more information. Size of cylinder. What type of collector on roof, tubes or flat plate Pictures would be good. Sounds like stagnation

If the entire system is off then one assumes the screeching is either unrelated to the solar system or is a safety valve blowing when the system overheats without the pump running.

They are flat panels fitted on roof,all controlled by king span solar controller,quite a big system,cylinder I think is a tribune,& all the necessary equipment,will try & get some photos.
