ok lads 2 installs using new invertas (danfoss) for first time! also wylex meter (in the 2 way consumer unit) all looks fine but meter wont generate/led wont come on OR pulse?? tried all connections!! rang tech!! no joy!! put elster meter on as test and red led lights up!! anyone used wylex meter before ! it cant be faulty as tried 3 wylex meters on same job STILL NO JOY !!!!!!!!!!!!!! they got a 24volt contact on but i presume thats for a remote monitor!! ANY IDEAS!!!!!!!!

When you say the meter won't come on or pulse, does the rest of the system work ok?

Yep inverta generating!! Its weird there is only 4 connections on this meter !! U cant get it wrong!! Yet elster meter works!!!

I've not seen this type of set up. Have you tried changing the load connections to the supply and visa versa?

tried the lot mate! every whichway! i need to speak to someone who has used them ! if elester works Y the flip dont these!! its so basic its stupid!! just what u want on a friday!!

SUSSED IT BLOODY STIC TO KIT U KNOW!!! the LED only flashes when its producing !! and then its slow ! u hardley spot it!! no constant LED when its not producing!!! waisted afternoon !! y dont they say that in BOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!
