Setting up a caravan site

I need to set up a temporary camp site in a field for an event I will be holding. I have also hired a village hall which is around 500 yards from the event field, which I hope to use as the main source of electricity.

The event is an astronomy event, so there will be hundreds and thousands of pounds worth of astro equipment at the event.

I need to basically knock up some electric hook ups for those brining caravans in the field with them and for the astro equipment to work. It is however very important that the electricity does not trip out as it can take up to 3 hours to set up the astro equipment and loss of power even for a second will result in the astronomer having to spend another 3 hours setting back up again.

Looking for any suggestions even alternative ones are very welcomed.

I hope you have some very deep pockets if you think for one New York second of using the village hall some 500 yards/metres away, as your source of power at the events field. ...lol!! You'll be needing appropriately sized generator(s) that incorporate AVR/Inverter(s) for a stable voltage output....
