setting up LTD company??

chaps..... i am entering the mine field that is private limited company!!

setting up a 3 way holding company soon and need advice...! i looked at all the site and business link but they either rammed to the gunnels of crap or they want cash out of me like im the Bank of england...

ideally any body who has set one up or knows the law of the land to help me..!

Did mine through my accountant mate, £270 quid with vat reg. You can buy "second hand" companies for about £50 but you end up with their old credit history etc.

My advice would be to talk to an accountant, most wont charge you for your first meeting, they should explain how to set up a Ltd co. and what taxes etc you are responsible for. Personally I would consider using an accountant, the money they would save you will cover thier costs and more.
