Setting up office

Hi all
been self employed & company for fair while now & have been on the sites & privates for a long time, left the sites behind quite a few years ago & done mainly private refurbs new builds ECT. Now on some bigger projects (site works)
& am in need of setting up proper office at home. Anyone have any good templates or SOP's for office set up, we are currently doing new builds 30+ units on 2 sites, another 22 units & still pricing more. Have now this week interviewed for admin assistant, but never put in systems before, any help would be appreciated.

we use xero live accounts all vat PAYE ect done at accountant including bookkeeping, more on side of record keeping what records what works ECT

Difficult to say as I use Intuit Quickbooks Pro for everything!

Best wait and see what others come up with - that said if you shop around you at places like Costco you can get Quickbooks pro for about £110.00!
