what for? if the was a Company regardless of trade etc.. but clearly stated men only im sure the would be people complaining about it. why delete it?

tbh i couldnt give a flying if they employed women only, sort of the idea for a women spark company, like others the main problem is the easy route to be a spark debate came up again,if they had been qualified sparks instead of Electrical Trainee nothing but praise would have been said,so they can employ anyone they want for me as long as the playing field is level and every spark has the minimum quals to be called a spark, which isnt a quick course or money maker for too many people and the schemes

really........

yes strangely
i thought deleting the thread completely instead of just locking it was heavy handed by the forum.
plenty of interesting points and humourous dialogue was raised.
sounds like someone "leaned" on the site to get it erased. ;-)

I heard the 'Hit Man' Nikky was called in he took them down with a 500V MFT Taser..this despite the Live working regs in EAWR, apparently Hit Man Nikky calculated the resistance of the offender, the Ze of the floor, and shouted loudly three times " Calculation..calculation..calculation" apparently this works as well as "taser Taser taser" and it all worked out for the best..;)

It turned into a bit of a mixed bag of controversy - apart from the obvious there was a bit of sexism(!), a bit of homophobia, a bit of racism, some personal comments, some suggestion of professional misconduct ie using their previous employment for financial gain (I may or may not have been guilty of speaking my mind on that) on a public forum, so I can understand why it was censored.

The forum has a policy of not allowing personal degrading of members as well as non members especially on sexist or racist grounds. This is an electrical trade forum for discussing the issues and not specific people, the policy is there to protect all members on a personal level, including you.
