Feeling a bit stupid, had a new RCBO tripping on a lighting circuit and spent two hours checking cables and removing loads of downlights looking for damage before realising it was split over two circuits, spent another half hour investigating how I could supply the two wire three way switching with a new line until i noticed that at one two gang light switch the lines had been swapped over between lights, two cores swapped over at the light switch, job done. Idiot, look for the obvious first!!
 
I wouldn't use the term idiot,more like well spotted

Agree with high tower on this one some times we go in way to deep , some time when i find the obvious i swear like mad at myself , but some times not easy to spot electricity can be a funny thing some times
