Sheath

I was working with some old RB T&E and also installing some new harmonised T&E and the sheath on the old stuff was much tougher.

Anyone else notice this or is Prysmian a little soft?

It can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer , also if the cable is LSF the outer sheath can be very tough

Prysmian is notoriously flimsy stuff... you do find some older stuff is a real pig to strip.

The new stuff is certainly easier to strip but plucks on any jagged corner
