Hi all
I am currently doing an installation in some shipping containers (6 in total) all the containers will the linked together electricliy with 24 pin plug and sockets.Once finished the containers will house water tanks, pumps and valves. Dirty contaminated water in one end clean water out the other.
The question is what type of earthing system should itt all be connected to i have read through section 717 but still not sure would a TT earth be ok as once were finished it will be move onto site. i also think section 706 applies as the containers will only have one exit and there is no pysical walk way or even standing head room.

TT is probably the best way to go about designing this type of installation, but a TN-S supply at the final location will be fine too. It's when the supply is derived from a PME system you start encountering problems...
