Hi Guys just after a bit of advice. My first fairly big job. I've got a shop and four flats above to wire. The customer wants no gas at all so everything has to be electric. The supply is single phase on a 100amp 1361 fuse. The shop and all four flats are to have there own consumer units. I'm fine with what needs doing individually. It's the main supply I need a bit of help with. Do I need to speak to the electricity board about installing 3 phase? Whats the best way of supplying each consumer unit? As you can imagine the whole system is going to be a very heavy load even with taking diversity into account. Never wired flats before so any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm thinking of contacting Napit for support but I thought I'd ask here first.

Get eon or some one similar to give you a quote if you, the best way is separate supply for each flat other wise it coud get messy for meter reading unless the land lord is happy to the meter reading himself . but you need to work out you max demand for each flat first.

Hi guys only went to have a look tonight so a bit premature. Shop needs four electric heaters and one small heater above the door. 2 hand dryers, hand washers. Each flat needs electric shower, instant water heaters. Two electric heaters. Landlord is happy to have one meter for all the flats and charge a fixed price. Just working out loading right now.
