2017 Isuzu Dmax with a smart alternator. Shunt on the negative terminal of the start battery. The picture attached shows how the Negative from the dc/dc charger was connected, prior to the shunt. I feel that I should move it to after the shunt to allow the smart alternator to work properly. Is this correct? What is the best way to ground it considering that there is not enough bolt on the negative?[ElectriciansForums.net] Should a negative cable be connected after the shunt on a start battery?
