some don,t know there arse from their elbow-- sh-iree from clay, they seem to be able to form companys yet know nothing
this is a joke forum

What has people who know nothing and then forming companies got to do with this forum?

As with any public forum, there will always be an element that annoys other members, but at the end of the day the idea of a forum is that anyone can have their say. I think the mods do a good job of keeping the real morons in check, the rest is down to the individual members to just ignore.

Ayjay, nobody forces you to read every post on here, maybe try filtering out those that may potentially get up your nose and concentrating on those that interest you? :)

6/10. Far less coherent than your last forum flounce, which is to be applauded. However, nowhere near ranty enough. It's getting there though fella. Keep up the good work and you might get an 8 next time.

the head of a company doesnt need to know how to do the work.

he just needs to sought out company paperwork and get jobs lined up etc

Now that is a very accurate statement. Some bosses, good as they are in sourcing work etc, are terrorists with tools and should never be allowed near anything more complex than a biro.

As for the origanal comment, I once worked for a contractor who upon first meeting was clearly in the category of DIPSTICK. Poor at man-management, technical skills were non existant. But christ did he get the work in, good variety, paid well and left most of us in peace to crack on as we do.
