Boys I need to add a shower circuit for a small extension, the existing board is fully loaded. I'm going to add a 4 way board 2ways taken by an rcd main switch and 2 ways taken by a 40a for the shower and a 6a for the lighting in the shower / bathroom, the question is, what size tails to use, 25mm will not be possible to fit and totally OTT can I use 16mm?

As the load is limited to the 2 mcb ratings you can fit tails that will cover the combined ratings of the 2 mcb's so its possible to fit 10mm tails too and save money and make it easier to terminate
