hey lads

when you guys fit showers or run the cable, do you put sealant round where the cable and/or pipe comes through the tiles?

any pics would be great :)

you just go for the slap it on thick approach or are you a bit artistic?

do you find you gotta wait for it to set before making any attempt to bend the cable (depending on entry approach) to ensure it seals correctly?

I would mate. Dont forget you have a duty to ensure the integrity of the building structure and i would say that includes internal walls (be they solid or plasterboard/aquapanel) so i would be sealing it to protect against water ingress (the same as you would for an electrical enclosure)..........
